Teaching Lily how to make noodles!

Lily, our Great-Granddaughter (12) is spending the week with us.  Today I taught her
how to make homemade noodles and we are now working on a pop up box card.  We will post that later.  I love this precious time.

What a precious time for Lily too. Although I didn't have the opportunity to know my great-grandmother, I truly cherish the times spent with my grandmother.

How sweet. You are giving her wonderful memories and I am sure she is really enjoying her time with you and the new little puppy.

Wonderful. I so miss those times with my grandmother. A new homemade soup was cooking every saturday when I came upstairs to clean house and a lot of them never had names LOL, most made from leftovers, amazing and oh so good. Then on to the crochet lessons. Making memories is wonderful.

I've baked with all my grandkids too. Now are over 18 and either in college or on their own. My fun days hopefully will continue. We still do Christmas cookies together along with my daughter. Enjoy!

How lucky you are to get to spend such wonderful times and making memories she will never forget...I can just hear here someday telling her own children "My great-grandma taught me how to make these noodles"...precious!! I bet she is spoiling the baby pup....
