Warm sunshine at our winter home!

Warm sunshine greeted us when we arrived in Fort Myers this year.  We have settled into our beautiful condo.  (the same one we stayed in last year, but it has been updated.)  I am so enjoying the pool which is 84-86 degrees.  Jon is enjoying reading and laying in the sun.

I hope to take some more card classes again this year and also some jewelry classes.  I will keep you posted about that.

Okay, okay, rub it in...LOL...it looks wonderful...I am so glad you get to enjoy it...however, umm, the weather here is 7 degrees, -12 below with the wind, blowing snow and even some schools are closed for their first day back. So it is VERY nice to see some sunshine and pretty things other then white..lol...miss you!!!

Well we don't have it quite as bad as Diane, but it's might cold, and I have to go run errands, and I mean runnnnnnnnnnnnnnn! Have much to do this week, have to get the garage cleaned out, oh that's cold. Your condo is beautiful and I am so jealous of you. No warm weather for me this winter, may go down to GA later on, not sure yet, will see how the plans for the wedding get going, they only have the sight right now and the date, Oct 17th. So we will see. Enjoy the warmth and think of us everyday up here freezing.

Hugs to you both.

Hi Joan: Loved your pictures of the sun shining in. Normally we are in Fort Myers for the winter, but due to circumstances beyond our control (a car accident) our son is living in our house and we are stuck in MI. It is -1 this morning and the high on Wed. is 0. Have you been to the Owl and the Pussycat stamp store on 41? Regina (the owner) has some classes and on Wednesday she has a demo. Her cards are lovely. My friends tell me it is unseasonably warm for this time of year. Enjoy the sun and send some to MI.

Looks wonderful Joan, I so miss going to Florida to visit my Mom, and the heated pool, and the relaxing out on the lanai as they called it, to me it is a screened in pool!! I could go for that right now, blowing and some what cold here, going to get much colder over the next few days, and some snow tomorrow, so I won't be leaving the house until the weekend looks like. Your place looks wonderful, drop me a line when you can. How long are you down there for? Our neighbors leave for the winter too, they go to Ecuador for 6 months, then come back here for 6 months, oh well, take care and ENJOY!!!
Hugs
Donna

Looks very nice and the warm sun sounds nice. We woke up to zero here and will be a high of 7 or maybe 10. Enjoy. Edna, Michigan
