Sounds wonderful. What size pan do you bake it in, temperature and time? Thanks.

I use 2 bread pans. I leave one raw and freeze it for later
The other one I bake at 350 for 45 to 60 minutes. Checking it to not overy bake it.

You know I am delighted to hear from you....when you sold I thought you were gone and didn't realise your blog was still up and running. Great to hear you are both having a relaxing time over the cold months.

As I am in the uk.....crackers could be anything....could I just put some breadcrumbs in this - would 4 oz of crumbs be too much?

Thanks for the recipe.

Joyce, Great to hear from you! You can try breadcrumbs, but I think I would do about 6 oz. Do you eat "crackers and cheese"? What I use is called saltine crackers. Click on the link below to see what I am talking about. Good luck.
